  hi.i have a question about netcut.i have a free wireless near my house without putting password on that net.they use the mac filtering system.and most of my friends recommend this great program.but as i said in the subject,I couldn't change my mac to the target's mac in windows 7.aftet i push on the change mac,it said to me that .this process is done successfuly.but when i see my mac,that is still my original mac address and i can't connect to the internet finally.but in windows xp,your program works perfectly.can you show me a good way for solving this problem in windows 7 64 bit?

  Which antivirus software are you using ? they usually allow you by pass by click on "allow action".
  
  Also, if you only want to protect your network speed, you would only need netcut-defender.

  Max, when you run netcut and CUT off , do you see the target PC still be able to use internet? they maybe running netcut-defender.
  
  Can you run following command and let me know result?
  
  1. arp -a
  2. ipconfig /all
  
  and a screenshot of netcut after you pressed CUT-OFF.

  i got two Q
  first
  i downloaded the netcut version for windows 7 but i dunno it's doesn't work
  i got the control of the network for the other pc's and i can see how could they take from the internet connection ,
  i was working on xp windows and netcut was really good and working well
  but since i worked on windows 7
  i could see that other pc's is taking alot from the connection
  second
  i registered but none messages were sent to my E-mail
