I purchased 1y Pro Account from my Notebook but I’am unable to use the pro features on my android phone. It just keep saying that it’s expired, both with arcai.com login and the google login.
Any suggestion?

it might bind with your notebook’s hardware ID. can you try to use arcai.com login or google login on your notebook first , the pro membership will transfer into your login. Then you can use this login on any other device running netcut.

Arcai and google login display a “Load PRO account failed” error.
Both on chrome and edge browsers

can you try do click on Refresh button? our login service had issue about 30 minutes ago and we did a fix , it is back up running now.

Hello, the problem still persist.
On the computer now the expiring date results invalid but Pro features are working, while on the phone I have the same problem as before, without Pro features. Phone ID is 2954708.Thanks for your help!
