I’ve had Netcut for a while now but now whenever I try to run it, it says I have to update, once I download and run the setup, restart my computer it and run Netcut again I have the same screen asking me to update. Any way I could do that update and get it to work again?

it is possiable you have old netcut 2.4 and new netcut 3.x installed on same computer, as their service use same name. thus one of the tool can’t work.
please try to uninstall both verison of netcut . then reboot. and re-install by goto this link
