Good Evening
I’m using netcut for about a year now ,.. But I’m having a problem with the new version of the program ,.. When I want to reduce the internet speed of my device or another one ,.. The device immediately goes to black list and the internet disappeares from it ,.. please fix this issue because I want to only reduce the net speed of my other devices ,.. Not to cut it off ,.. with my regards -

same problem here im using windows 10 64 bit.
and it says disconnected on ALL devices when they are clearly connected and using the internet. It doesnt see other devices sometimes.
im using ethernet not wifi if thats relevant

can you click on Option tab, see if it is running under admin (root) ? better take a screenshot and post here

c:\program files(86)\arcai.com\netcut\
try to run netcut_windows.exe AS Administrator , copy and paste the output here.

When you reduce the speed, it will appear in JAIL. that’s normal.
However, it’s speed should slow down. not 100% cut down.
can you have a picture of how you reduce speed? you should use slider to move to 75% or 50% or 25% means.

I tried moving it to 75% and 50% and 25% but its the same ..the net totally cuts off,.. and I posted a link in my previous comment of the photo you need ..

When you say it is totally cut off, how do you verify it that ?
can you try to run ping from the cut offed pc , see if ping get 100% timeout after been speed limited?
if 100% timeout, it means it totally cut off.
if getting slower response (longer time response ), it is speed limited -

No it’s a totall cut off. I knew by slowing down the device to 75% and checking out the net speed . Before slowing it down the net speed was 800KB and after slowing it down the net speed became 0KB and when I run a program it tells me to check my network

can you check the option make sure the cut off method is set to effect both gateway and user ? then try again.
Out test shows in windows 10 64 all working good.

Yeah i checked and it’s a cut affect gateway and user,.. But still it cuts my device off when i only slow it and now I’m seeing this problem alot because it happened to my friend and my cousin and i saw it on YouTube too
