I can only cut certain devices i.e is my laptop. When i cut the laptop’s net it works and it can’t use the internet. However, when i cut someone’s phone it doesnt work anymore. They are still connected to the internet and doesnt experience a slow in speed.

Nevermind found a fix. You just have to turn off wifi for a minute to change everyone’s IP

Try to open command prompt with admin privileges and type:
net stop aips
net start aips
