it looks like netcut did not detect any of your adapter.
do you have a VPN or something running on your computer? try to use normal internet setting.

you only need to run debug when having problem and like to see output log. debug version run much much slower than normal version.
normal release version has no output.

always run latest normal version as soon as you fix the issue.
