$9.99 has been taken from my paypal for the pro membership and it said payment has failed. Pro is’nt working for me and wont activate.

Hello, the system shows your arcai login seanarr67 already has Pro membership for one month. however the related order is one month payment. we can’t find the one year payment however, mail the 9.9$ order ID to [email protected] , we will take care of it , no worries.
