i tryed to do all the pinned things but nothing seems to work, what should i do, i can see at what speed devices go but when i try to limit that the devices are not limited.

try new release 3.0.103 . it address some of the issue where can’t speed control . it automatically disable localhost’s forwarding, so the speed control is one thing less to work on it. no more need manually adjust register setting and disable service.
try see if it speed control works now in your environment ? your help will be greatly welcomed

so you can see the device traffic, but can’t limit their speed ?
Are you be able to try netcut on a fresh windows 10 PC? the one you are running now might have something like “proxy, share internet, VPN etc.”

curious are you be able to cut off 100% ?

ill try the thing of the new pc, btw when i try to cut for example my internet connection from my phone for like 2 seconds is slowed the internet on phone but after those 2 seconds it return normal speed

the phone been cut off might have switched to another WIFI or phone’s Data. cen you check that ? it happen specially on apple

if you use speed limit instead of 100% cut off. it should stay
