already turned adblock off but it still wont let me control the speed

already tried refreshing and restarting the browser but still wont let me change the settings. i saw there was this timer for changing the speed settings but i waited it out but still wont let me change it

also, im not seeing any ads on my screen still after refreshing a couple of times. pls help

your local hosts file at c:\windows\system32\driver\etc\hosts might be blocking ads.
or your DNS setting might blocking ads. try to change the DNS setting to 8.8.8.8 at your network adapter proterties –> dns setting.
try to google how to do it.
