Cannot Log in

I cannot Log In since new update. It tell Dowload 3.0.94 then we re on 3.94.5? Thanks have nice day

you can’t login into netCut pro use google sign in ? or arcai login ? what is the error ?

3.0.95 is good to use. we tested both google sign and arcai login wors.

if it is arcai login, can you try to reset your arcai login password into something less complex that has no special char?

I can’t login to pro version.

I click on pro to login, and it links to your one month free promotion, with no way to login with my current 1 year license.

please clear browser cache, or run https://www.arcai.com/netCut/s/ incongnito mode, see if it resolve the problem?

change browser to firefox or opera .

Hey There,
when i click on shorcut , the browser open directly to dowload page. It don’t detect the software ! Thats all

ANd when browser open , it said that on :
our netcut service might be not running, simply Download netcut 3.0.94 And Run. blablabla

strange, can you check if netcut_windows.exe is running in your taskmanager ?

if netcut not running well,please try to do a reboot, if it still problem.

1. inside a admin shell, run

net stop aips

2. download this http://www.arcai.com/download/debug.zip

3. unzip into c:\program files (x86)\arcai.com\

inside the new package file, there should be 4 file

netcut_windows.exe
msvcr120d.dll
msvcp120d.dll
debug.bat

4. Run debug.bat under the administrator cmd shell.
then post the output.

also, note: after you run the debug. you need to reinstall netcut.exe otherwise, it will not run automatically next time.

please paste the output to here to get support

it doesn’t work , the process was interupt , it running and it disappear and it do a loop and again and again in task manager… I don’t know why , because it working and one day it don’t…
