So few week ago some student in school started to use netcut and also netcut defender, they cut everyone who connected to the network including some Microcontrollers that interact with each other using wireless network that we and school used. Is there any way to prevent it?

yes. there is way. turn on AP isolation. however this way your device can’t talk each other but only to server. another way is you can devide the wifi into different lan so office device and user are not in same AP.
