You might have changed MAC address, please login in as your arcai username and click on refresh.

I’ve bought it again, but it still says its expired.. So i think its a problem at Netcut’s side.. besides, more people are having trouble with it.

the fix are in place. please click on the refresh button see if your Pro has been loaded. you may found some extra pro days , in that case please keep it.
