how put user in the trusted users

Hi i put the user of the second column inthe 3 column trusted users
but evry time i open internet i must do the same thing
What is wrong that i do?

what you did is right. it should save automaticly, unless you run the uninstall (which remove the saved users profile) and rerun the setup.

Or something removed the saved user profile away from netcut’s folder.

i noted that if i first put on the jail (left side) and then immediately on the right trusted site i think it works and users are saved on the trusted side

i confirm
to maintain a user in the the trusted zone i have first to click on the button that send the user in the jail zone on the lef and then a my drag and drop in the trusted zone.
I’m using Windows 10 and Microsoft edge
