can you try in a different network ? also, scan a C class network usually took less than 8 seconds, 21 seconds is very very slow.

but i have other phone with android 4.4.4
and i add old Version and work well
but on this phone not work
and when i try update netcut to last version
i see this problem too (this in old phone system android 4.4.4)

so what u need from me to know to try fixed it

at first look, it looks your WIFI is in a AP isolate mode, which can not been scanned. so I suggest you try on other WIFI.

i thinke problem not in my network
problem with app (with androad 7)
becuse i have other phone with androad 4.4.4
and there i can see all device on network

and when i try use old version
i can see other device but
app try rescan again and again not stop for scan 🙁
