im now satisfied that i have low ping but every 2 – 3 seconds i get 5 second lag spikes (this occurs when my mom watches netflix.) its been like this for a week already

are you speeding control the netflix device?

yes i made it to 1 bar and 307 kbps

when you speed control (instead of CUT OFF 100%) , the device traffic go through your PC that runs netCut. it is expected that your own PC load extra network traffic when the device use internet.
One way to you feel this bother your own usage, try to use rj45 cable connection on your PC.

the only thing i know is on the last version i never had any problems with netcut this version only had small problems like this
