As title says what is the max network users netcut can find? I get stuck at 92 users. And then nothing works.

I had once run netcut for android captured over 4K users in airport.
there is no software limitation on max network users. might be your run out of ram ? try a different phone I suggest.

Are anyone had similar experience that netcut failed to load more users when in huge (over 1k) network?

I notice “Fake Mac Address” doesn’t work for me also. Checked my router and still had the same Mac Address and also found it didn’t change on my phone either. LG G4 H811 Android 6.0

Faking MAC address is appling to packet the sent from spoofing purpose, it does not change your own phone’s MAC address for normal traffic.
