When I start application, Only show this screen and stuck. I allow application through firewall, even I turn off window firewall and window defender.

I tried to start NetCut_window.exe, this is what is show

it told me “creating key failed” when I start NetCut_windows.exe.
and show “service already stoped” when I run it as administrator -
1. when you manually run netcut_windows.exe
please run under admin shell.2. “Service already stopped” is GOOD. it stop the forwarding service. good.
3. when you already un netCut_windows.exe and it didn’t stop/quit, open to https://www.arcai.com/netCut/s/, what do you see?
