First, let me say I wasn’t thrilled at the new version being server based instead of program based. However, I gave it a shot, actually bought PRO to try it and, and it grew on me.
However, it works when it feels like it. Me thinks it is due to server overload. At night it works like a charm. In the day I’m stuck on the download screen with the instructions for Chrome/advertisement for PRO. In that regard, I’m losing money on PRO since it isn’t working all the time.
Is there any fix to this sporadic functionality? As of now I’m not feeling compensated for paying for the pro when its not working as it should.
