Netcut doesn't cut net on "Routeur TG799 v2"

Hi guys , i have a problem with netcut it seems like it doesn’t work with “Routeur TG799 v2” even if i press cutnet it doesn’t work.
and the best part there’s no Mac adress filter in 192.168.1.1
So the question is “it’s impossible to cut net on this kind of routers (Routeur TG799 v2) ?”
if you have any solution i would appreciate the help

Country : i live in a hole called morroco
provider : iam (maroc telecom)
internet speed : 8mbps but in reality its like 1mbps

windows version only send packet to gateway.
phone version send to both. have you tried use phone version?
