I bought the pro version 1 month ago, I contacted the support because my netcut was not working some weeks ago and I am still waiting for their response. My pro version has expired while the program was useless to me. I need some answers from an admin to resolve my issue with the netcut.
Your Pro membership looks still have 4 days to expire, can you try to login as “PAVLOSAU” in your netcut Pro tab?
Also, can you detail “not working” ? no scan or no cut off? can you try a different WIFI network ? some WIFI network does not allow scan. this way netcut won’t work.
I sent via email the screenshot of the problem. I tried multiple wifi networks. As I said to the email, even though I have the latest running netcut version, when I open the website it says to download netcut 3.0.5 and it does not proceed to the main page.
