i purchased the netcut, i need it to specify a limit for certain mobiles and laptops on my network.
when i specify 75% of the bandwidth for a certain station; the network became so slow as if a gave it 5% of the band width and not the 75% or 50% of the bandwidth.this goes for any device onece i specify any limit under 100% (75%, 50% or 25%), it cuts the bandwidth and speed to nearly 0.
how it should work with the level i need?? e.g. 50% to 75% or 25% ?? and provide the actual percentage of limitation as i specify??
