when i cut off a network using the online netcut version it doesnt work, im already running as admin

How do you verify cut off not work ? can you post a screenshot of the cut off screen?
Are you running win7 ? win10 ? when you click “Log history at the right most” does it show ” Netcut running under Admin” ?

I tried cutting off my phone but my connection still works and it says that im logged in as an admin also a red light starts flashing on my router when i try netcut but it might also be because of cain and abel
