Netcut Not Working on MacOS

im use Netcut 3.0.115 when run the app open in Google Chrome say : Your netcut service might be not running, simply Download
Windows Download Windows netcut 3.0.112

MacOS x Download Mac netcut 3.0.112

but im already downloaded.

i have MacBook 2011 v 10.13.6

1. When you click on netCut App at MacOS, it will ask for login to run at admin level. Did you go through this part?

2. You have to use Google Chrome on https://arcai.com/netCut/s
safari will NOT work. Are you using Google Chrome?

3. depend on your network speed, you may need give it 5 to 10 seconds when first time run. If after 10 seconds the page has not show your network devices, please contact [email protected] with a screenshot of this problem.

Yes, I did everything right.

and my network speed not slow.

Could you run those two commands as sudo

first command
ps -al | grep aips

second command
ps -al | grep netcut

for the first command, if you don’t see it is running. Then you can you to manually it run as sudo, the command path is at

netCut.app/macos/resource/

if you see the first command running, then run the second command 2 or 3 times, see if each time it return different PID.

I should have give attention to the case of letter A

netCut test Lap use two MacOs Version 10.15 and 10.16

there are two intance of aips.pl are running.

are you reboot your MacOS and run netCut again?

make sure there is only one aips.pl and one netcut_mac running. the 18422 pid should be killed

I can’t update to 10.15 on my Macbook pro 2011. Its available for 2012 and above.

will make a debug version so you can manually run and report support@arcai, then we can find out why it not working for you.
