problem with android 7(Nougat)

my phone is mate 8 with android 7 (Nougat)
my problem when i try use this app (netcut)
with phone Mate 8
i cant see any one on my Network
but when i try with other phone (J1)(android 4.4.4)
work well but with Mate 8 not work

if can try make any help for this please help

but dont see any PC or Phone on network
but other phone or on my pc see all on network

it looks todo with your mate 8. is the netcut options report it is running under root ? if not try to get real root access. I can’t think of other clue. sorry.
