I’m having big issues with netcut, after installing it, my connection is very weak and I’ve got lots of internet error. I also tried to desinstall it but it change nothing.

Try cable connection.
if you have to use WIFI, set it to auto connect. only do scan when you need to. make your PC closer to WIFI router.
NetCut send packets when scan and speed control. if you are in a busy network(lots of connected client and you trying to speed control more of them), your adapter or wifi router might not be able to hold the hit.
simply reboot your router should fix that.
