Hi, when I limit the speed on a certain computer (I use Windows 7, I’ve also reinstalled Netcut with the latest version) their network completely disconnects with a yellow “!” (exclamation point) on their network status icon instead of just slowing down their internet speed. Is this normal? How does the speed control work? Thank you for your help
