First of all, why must I create an account just for support. That’s so stupid. Second of all, I was trying to uninstall netcut because it was messing up my computer and wasn’t working so i wanted to re-install it. However, it kept saying something was running. So I went into the netcut folder and deleted everything but the folder labelled “services” that wasn’t deleting. It has “aips.exe” and “updated.exe” inside. “aips.exe” is not deleting because it says it’s still running. How do I delete it so i can reinstall?

You are right about the removal. up coming release can make this eaiser.
For now , you can stop the aips service
net stop aipsThen can remove the folder.
you can also disable the service from computer management console. then you can remove those files.
