When I tried to set up netcut defender, the program indicates that my adapter is still unprotected and has 2 opening and closing brackets with nothing in the middle showing that there is no ip address for my online connection. How do I fix this so that I am protected?

you might be selected wrong device. please chose the one that does have IP and Mac address.

I only have one device. BTW I also downloaded netcut as well and netcut states that my device is protected, however it still shows as unprotected on my netcut defender program. I just want to make sure that I am protected. I don’t think I am.
