On your netcut website it says Pro will give you access to the devices pyshical address. Where is it? I bought pro And also im not able to move users from the 2nd colum to the trusted colum

you just need to drag it into trust colum.

i did but when i refresh it goes back to previous posistion

We released a new version. please try to reopen netcut or do a browser refresh . see if it fixed the bug.

physical address of each device is listed in the user detail . you can click on the COPY icon to copy it
