Your netcut service might be not running

Hello, after my logging issues got fixed. I’m pretty happy, but got hit pretty hard again with this thing. It was fine till yesterday. And starting today it won’t even let me in to see who’s using wifi or even using the netcut service. Keep asking me to download the newest ver. even though I’m using the newest one. I tried the same thing again, reboot, reinstall, my wifi is working properly but I can’t access the netcut services. Please help me, thanks

if netcut not running well,please try to do a reboot, if it still problem, please download this http://www.arcai.com/download/debug.zip

and unzip into c:\program files (x86)\arcai.com\

then run netcut_windows_debug.exe

please paste the output to here to get support

I just upload new debug file .

if netcut not running well,please try to do a reboot, if it still problem, please download this http://www.arcai.com/download/debug.zip

and unzip into c:\program files (x86)\arcai.com\

inside the new package file, there should be 4 file

netcut_windows.exe
msvcr120d.dll
msvcp120d.dll
debug.bat

Run
debug.bat under the administrator cmd shell.
then post the output.

also, note: after you run the debug. you need to reinstall netcut.exe otherwise, it will not run automatically next time.

Hello, admin, after running the debug.bat with admin permission. the cmd shell only appeared for a second and then closing on it’s own. It didn’t show anything aside from
“C:\Windows\system32>net stop aips”
I don’t know what’s wrong and nothing appear even after trying to click on it multiple times

can you open the shell first, then use command line to run the shell ? from there you got to see the output

ie:

1. run cmd.exe in admin shell .
2. cd “c:\program files (x86)\arcai.com\”
3. debug.bat

this way , you got to see the output.

Hello, when I typed debug.bat it says access is denied. But if I try to use it via admin permission. It will close automatically, how do I clear it. Can’t seems to work for me, please.

C:\Windows\system32>netcut_windows.exe
‘netcut_windows.exe’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

C:\Windows\system32>net start aips

I managed to stop it a second before it closes and this is what’s written there. Can you help me ?
