I used netcut before, and it worked, I removed it from the computer, now I installed it again, but it sends the following message “Your netcut service might not be running, simply Download” I removed all the components, installed it again, and restarted the computer , still not working

please try run this commands under admin shell , and put the output here.
ping login2.arcai.com
ipconfig /flushdns
ping login.arcai.com
also, verify netcut_windows.exe is running use task manager.
