hi admin i tryed it but nothing happen still the same that scan didn’t even work it just change the last time i scan every time i click it nothing more take about less then a sec

hi there , im using netcut for windows every time i use it it doesn’t show me every one on the network when i restart my modem and reinstall the netcut it show me everyone but when i restart the pc most of the ppl on it disappears can u tell me how to fix it ?
