I already try by relogin but not working. I bought the pro from google playstore, this is second time bought pro features for netcut. My purchase linked to my gmail account, since I login to netcut using gmail login, not arcai account. This is stressful because I can’t access any pro features while I also can’t get refund.

I’m having the same problem, in my dashboard says 5/28/2019, 1:51:44 PM: Load PRO account successful but I still see the pro as expired .-. I already pay for the service about two days ago and I don’t even have it.
