What if my router has 2 SSID? like people can connect to Internet 1 and others to Internet 2 but they’re the same router. Is there a way to control both?

it depends how your router designed. if it is bridge mode, yes. otherwise no.

TP-link and alike model are bridge mode. it is also our testing lab default testing router. it works with two SSIDs. it works even when your have netCut run on PC hook up with Rj45 cable, and control other WIFI clients connect to same router. that router have RC45 cable, WIFI 5G WIFI 2.4G.

you have to test to verify.

if not support and you still need to control speed, one way is to disable one SSID. force all clients use same SSID

same thing, as long as the router use bridge mode. you should test it at the router’s different interfaces to verify it.
