So after installing netcut, I also installed WinPcap and then restarted my Laptop.
My goal is to limit the internet my TV is using because it keeps forcing highest quality based on the wifi speed.
But I can’t seems to limit the speed, so I decided to try cutting off the internet and check it with my phone, but both my tv and phone still have access to internet… and yes I already have the pro.
Help anyone?
