Arcai router setup fix

1. If hotspot does how show up. fix as

Fix:

1. Make sure the computer has wifi adapter.
2. Open a Admin CMD shell, then run following cmd

netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
netsh advfirewall reset
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

2.b . (if you don’t know how to open a admin cmd) followthis to do network reset https://kb.wisc.edu/helpdesk/page.php?id=70821

3. Check your Ethernet adapters, make sure it’s IP is DHCP(AUTOMATIC). if not, set it to use DHCP. some time bridged ethernet conflicts with hotspot

If your console shows can’t connect to arcai router. or after connected the speed shows very slow.

Fix: try to wait 1 minutes , then re-setup the wifi connection from your console to arcai router. this issue happen when you first time run arcai router or right after your reboot computer. give it 1 minutes to start up.

3. error “arcai router might not running”

Fix:
1. Uninstall , then reinstall. And make sure install winpcap when prompted.

2. If the error happen after your Console/device connected to arcai router.
Do following 3 steps:
1. Make sure your windows has latest update.
2. And remove all vpn software.
3. Network reset.
Some have to rebuild windows as user really don’t know how many vpn or any anti-virus has been installed before.
