do you guys have any idea how someone can block you from seeing them on netcut?
even though im sure they’re connected the same network as me

are you be able to see other device than youself and gateway? if yes, you can do a scan . that someone might be not using internet at the moment you run netcut. but as soon as they start to use internet, netcut should be able to detect it.
