whenever i open netcut (3.0) it works for like 30s/1min right after that all the users are shown as disconnected but they are actually still connected and i can’t do anything so i have to restart the pc and it works again for 30s ect ect, i’m on windows 10 64bits up to date (cable connected), all drivers up to date. The funny thing is that it works perfectly on my laptop (wifi connected) windows 10 64bits not updated since a year.

your netcut might not be running as admin. try to uninstall it , and reinstall with admin right.
