I can turn off other peoples’ wifi except this one particular device. Everytime I turn off other devices, it works fine, they turn red, and they get sent to the jail section. This one device, I turn them off, and they do NOT go to the jail section, and their color remains blue, meaning their device is still online, working. I’ve restarted NetCut, restarted my computer as well. Please help.
