It says all are is disconnected when its connected and sometimes cant pick up other devices and when i use speed control it cuts the connection completely and i just bought a 1 month subscription because it was working fine when i tried the pro free trial … help pls

Disconneced means the device is not using the internet at the moment, could be it left home, or could be the device is sleep mode. it might back online any time. it is just a information purpose feature. hope this does not confusing.
OFFLINE (turn red) means it has been CUT off, EVEN if it is connected to your network.
