I recetly bought pro version.
I have an intruder in my netwokr but netcut says”not attaker”
i drop it on the jail list and then nothings happen, then refresh and then device appears again in “trusted users”
…..

When you drop it into jail list, it should start to cut off the user.
Only default trusted user is Gateway and your own PC. is this attacker actually your gateway?
also, you can try to do a rescan just to be sure.
