    I am trying to transfer my Netcut subscription to my new laptop, but have lost my password and thus unable to login. I have requested a new password several times but it is never emailed to me ([email protected]) so I have registered with a different email address in order to communicate with you. At present when I download Netcut to my new pc it tells me that it has expired.
    My original order ID is 9X209530HX827112E and the UID 5995999

    Fine but is that the User name or the password?

    Please confirm the user name and password I need to use

    I have done just that and I get a Load PRO account failed pop up

    can you try to reset your password to something that not contain special characters ?

    if still failed, please use google sign in instead . and email to [email protected] your gmail address, I will grant to that

    I reset to a simpler password but still getting the “Load PRO account failed” pop up
