method to get PID if pro shows nothing

1. click on the blue scan button at top left bar. it is the circle arrow button. this will force netCut to load Account info . wait for 30 seconds , click on netCut pro tab page. you should see PID appear.

2. if not show, open cmd shell, and run
ipconfig /flushdns

then repeat step 1.

3. if still not show , reboot PC.

3. if still not show after hit scan button. netCut might be crashed on your PC.

1. uninstall netCut. you can do this by click on unins000.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\arcai.com\
2. remove folder of C:\Program Files (x86)\arcai.com\
3. reboot
4. download http://www.arcai.com/download/netcut.exe
5. run it , when it ask for admin right, allow it.
6 when it finish setup. you can click on pro tab, see if you see a ID. if you see an ID. give that ID to me, I will grant you pro membership. if not, you can click on “SCAN button”. then see if you can see the ID after this.

When you give ID to me, use email , to [email protected] please also give me the paypal Order ID
