Missing Pro membership

    Hello, I purchased the pro membership and when I go to netcut it says I need to purchase it again. I have sent an e-mail to the support e-mail showing the order ID and the screenshots of what´s happening to me. Please fix it as soon as posible.

    hello Gang Gang,

    Please do a arcai login as “GANG GANG” . your Pro membership has been given to this ID.

    next time, when you buy, please do sign in then buy. the reason you lost first one was you uninstall / and reinstall , overwrite the Device ID. now it is ok.
