    • Windows 7 (x64).
    • 1mbps Connection.
    • 2 PC’s and 4 Phones.

    I’ve tried so many apps and limiters (like- fling, PingTools etc), but netcut works 100% excellent for me and I love it because I can play, talk, and do more stuff without problems.
    I used netcut v2.0 sometime before but the netcut 3.0 is easier than ever. I really want to use it my entire life if it’s possible, for that please Reply this thread.
