    Hi, I am living in large hostel. which have an ip range 169.254.x.x. Netcut 3.0 is not working in this scenario. I have tried netcut on mobile it works fine but on pc its not working.
    Netcut defender is working fine. But it sucks half of my computer RAM.

    please help me out!

    169.254 means it does not having a valid IP yet, might be you have not obtain a valid IP from the DHCP or gateway. can you try to restart your WIFI?
