can you find “Routing and Remote Access” in your service and disable it ? your own PC might be work as proxy for the user been cut

I’ve just downloaded new version and it will not slow or cut traffic. I’ve tried the above and it is already disabled.

we found the bug in new version, it roll back to old version now , please do download the netcut.exe from arcai.com and re-install.
