And tried to block internet access to all Apple devices in my house, and all devices work even if they are blocked, is it a NetCut error or do I do it wrong? when blocking Android, Windows or other non-Apple users, the Internet continues to operate even if it is blocked from NetCut.

is your phone rooted?
if you are using netcut for windows, make sure you install it under administrator right.
