when I jail a phone from the wifi it’s then still connected but is I jail a pc it isn’t connected anymore
(i use netcut for pc) -
EDIT: the phones will only be offline when I restart them while jailed.

are you also using that phone? can you check if the phone was using LTE network instead WIFI ? it happen sometime by itself . that netcut already disabled wifi, so the phone switch automatically to Cell data

no, I turned cell data off and it still is connected
