    Netcut isn’t loading just like in the title. It said that its supposed to load in 3 seconds but my screen is just stuck there

    Clean browser cache or try use edge browser. New release need reload new UI code.

    Check your WiFi , reconnect your WiFi make sure it get updated DHCP IP address.
